Eric D. Bihlear, Associate

Background and Experience

Eric Bihlear is an associate in the Cherry Hill office and represents plaintiffs in matters involving personal injury, defective products, medical device product liability, as well as multidistrict litigation/mass tort. Eric’s experience covers a vast variety of different legal areas, but all focuses on his main goal of helping and fighting for individuals who were wronged and injured.

Eric is, first and foremost, a problem solver. Eric is regularly tasked with taking on complex projects and delivering uncomplicated, trial-ready solutions. He has experience with clients in a wide variety of cases including auto accidents, slip and falls, as well as clients from all over the country in mass tort litigations, such as hernia mesh, Ozempic, and Philips Respironics. 

Clients value Eric’s hands-on approach, attention to detail and intimate understanding of all aspects of their cases and the legal strategies at play. Eric works with individuals to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their case, and helps them manage risk and pursue favorable solutions through inception to settlement or trial. 

Eric’s practice also includes providing counsel on natural resource damages and fighting for individuals and communities affected by toxic exposure and environmental contamination.

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Eric received his law degree from Rutgers Law School where he served as Assistant Managing Editor of Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and was a Board Member of the Hunter Appellate Advocacy Moot Court. After graduation, he clerked for the Honorable William E. Nugent of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Outside the Office

Outside the office Eric is thoroughly enjoying his new title as Dad, and introducing his daughter to his hobbies: listening to music, playing guitar and staying on top of sports news for his fantasy teams.
