She is a graduate of Villanova Law School and joined Locks Law Firm in November of 2022, where her primary focus is motor vehicle accident and premises liability, medical malpractice and multidistrict litigation/mass tort.
Francesca began her career as a Public Defender in Chester County, PA, where she tried major felony cases to verdict. She then transitioned to Civil Practice, spending fifteen years as a trial lawyer at private firms and as in-house counsel for a large insurance company. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters and construction defect cases involving violations of Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. She has tried cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Courts, taken hundreds of depositions, and conducted countless Arbitration hearings. She is skilled in representing plaintiffs at every stage of litigation and brings a vast array of experience to Locks Law Firm.
Francesca is actively involved in the Philadelphia legal community, having served on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association and as a Board Member for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. She is currently Vice Chancellor of the Justinian Society of Philadelphia and serves as a volunteer attorney for Philadelphia VIP handling pro-bono cases.
Francesca loves living in vibrant South Philadelphia. When she is not in the office, she can be found at her CrossFit gym, surfing one of the East Coast’s many beaches, or enjoying everything the City of Philadelphia has to offer. She also volunteers with Philadelphia Youth Basketball and hopes to see her Buffalo Bills win a Super Bowl one day.
Locks Law Firm only provides legal advice after having entered into an attorney client relationship, which our website specifically does not create. Conversations that originate from website messaging, chat or other two way web based engagement do not create an attorney client relationship. It is imperative that any action taken be done on the advice of counsel. Because every case is different, the description of awards and cases previously handled do not guarantee a similar outcome in current or future cases. The firm practices law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey & New York as Locks Law Firm. Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America and other organizations that rate attorneys are not designations that have been approved by the State Supreme Courts or the American Bar Association.
