MR. JOSEPH MCGILL: Truck accident litigation is a very important aspect as part of any kind of litigation, primarily because they are so very dangerous, and they are so often they occur. For example, there's something like 15,000 accidents on rollovers. And as you know, you would have a tractor-trailer which would fall over, and this would be very, very traumatic, and severe injuries would occur as a result of this. There's many reasons that you have to look into evidence in order to make sure that you can develop a case, and that in itself takes a great deal of staffing and experience, both in the marshalling of the evidence as well as the trying of the case. Some of the other things that you may certainly need to consider in developing this kind of case is to take a look at, for example, the driver training. And that again requires the training materials and recognizing not only the severe dangers involved here, but in some cases the incredible negligence of both employers, drivers and lessors, all of them in many cases cause so many problems because of A, the need to get the job done quickly; B, the effort to make the cost-efficient way instead of the safe way. And as a result of that you have these catastrophic injuries, the kind of injuries that you just can't imagine. But then you read about it so often in every day. Those kind of cases were certainly ones that I even specifically dealt with where a truck had smashed into a car with children in it, no less, and unfortunately both of those children had burned to death because of the inability of the driver, because of his fatigue, to appropriately divert his truck from this terrible oncoming accident.
