MR. GENE LOCKS: Hello, my name is Gene Locks. I’m a Founder of the Locks Law Firm. Welcome to us. The firm was founded by me in the past decade after more than 40 years of practice. I’m a product of the Philadelphia public school system. I’ve been born and raised in the Philadelphia area. I was fortunate enough to be a leader academically and athletically and wound up in Ivy League Colleges, but decided to come back to Philadelphia to represent the people of Philadelphia, individuals, working people and people who had been used or abused by the legal system. Justice was denied to too many people in my community and I chose to open up my practice here. During the first years of my practice, I concentrated exclusively and continued, to this day, only representing individuals and not corporations and not companies, but the people who needed the legal system. I’ve been an innovator, creator, pioneer and, in many ways, accused of being a people’s lawyer or a lawyer’s lawyer and by that I mean 90% of the people we’ve ever represented, myself or the team of lawyers that work with me at different times, have been referred by other lawyers who needed our help, our assistance and our expertise.
