Tom Gowen Published Concerning Carbon Monoxide Exposure
Locks Law partner, Tom Gowen, was recently published in Trial Magazine, the most prestigious journal for Trial Lawyers, on the subject of representing people in chronic carbon monoxide cases. The article appeared in the April edition of Trial, published by the American Association for Justice. Mr. Gowen explained the steps necessary to recognize and handle a case involving brain damage and cardiac injury resulting from exposure to non-lethal levels of carbon monoxide.
